The craziest thing happened to me yesterday while listening to this song. I was thinking about someone I truly missed that I loved in high school and still have feelings for. During the verse of this song, a hearse drove past me. I’m live thousands of miles away from her, but I want to be with her. When that hearse drove by me, I got chills down my spine. It made me realize that if I don’t take a risk and see her again, I could indeed be one day too late. As of now, I’m literally packing up my stuff and going for broke. my life is exactly the contrary mate... i was a jehovah's witness for 16 years. then after i converted my believes numerous times, i ended up as an atheist. the key is not god... its spirituality. spirituality takes many shapes. mine is education, mainly science and philosophy, then art, music and literature... and finally meditation and introspection. im not sure if sports is part of my spirituality as well at this point because to me its all science but i definitely feel the calling, now that im reaching my 30s. spirituality is about being in touch and at peace with yourself, the beings around you, nature and the universe. if for you, the core is 'jehovah' - i respect it. feel free to message back, i was never baptised so i was never dis fellow-shipped.

Anyone can put this advice to good use. It doesn't mean you have to all of the sudden up and change completely or do your best. Just get up and "try a little harder." Just a little every day goes a long way in the end :). I started doing just that. Focusing on one thing I can be better at and then the next.

It's amazing how fast time flies! As I said in my previous comment, I made the mistake of not allowing the chance to get to know this one person, then just a few weeks before her death, I wanted the chance to get to know her. Then as soon as we start spending a little more time together, she dies. Lesson learned: If there's someone you've met that you want to get to know, set aside time to get to know them! If you know them from school, invite them over after school. If you know them from church, invite them over on Sunday afternoon! If you met them while in town shopping, make plans to meet up and have lunch somewhere. Don't just meet them, then forget about them!
