If you want ideas for challenge overlays, you could look at the layouts some nintendo speedrunners use. Basically make a border zone on either the left or the right side, have you cam, twitch chat, and the list in there. And next to it the screen of the game. So the chat and everything aren't on top of the game itself, but inside the border area, that is placed next to the capture for the game. You could also have the game capture completely bordered, and allocate different things to different areas, so chat and your facecam on left or right, and the challenge on the top or bottom Hard to explain but you can just look at stuff by some of the nintendo streamers to get an idea. Smallant, linkus7 etc. Also not like you'd be using the layout all the time, so eve if people have some issues getting used to it, it's not always how it'll be, only for challenges like this one

@@GranaDy It's like you speak one word of German and the youtube is like: "Yep, he's speaking German the whole video. Time to make the autocaptions German instead of English even though the entire video is spoken in English" lol. Sometimes I think it might have to do with the origin of the country the person is from, but I don't think that's the case cause there is one other Trackmania KZbinr I watch -- wild guess who it is lol -- and the subtitles never go German by default. So I don't know what is up with KZbin lately.

@@saboaudios was playing a tournament before which went horribly bad, so I'm glad to inform you that having emotions in gaming is a thing

@GranaDy Yes that's understandable. But do you imagine how that person must have felt? Probably spent 50 hours on that map. Was proud to showcase it and also put up money to grow your community and support you financially, but you just gave them an overwhelmingly negative watching experience for something they were probably very much looking forward to. Just a bit of perspective goes a long way dude

#4 wasn't that bad if it was cut pretty heavily and #5 also just needed cutting and a real reward. Really not that bad.
