I want to say somthing about the first trick: What if i told you that it's a known trick in turkish highschools. We can do that trick but with plastic bottle cap. Also we use the same method to open holes in a leaf. You close your hand like mikka did but you put a leaf on your hand, hold it tight in there and hit under your hand air presure will open a hole in the leaf

Imo the catching with the nails part of the trick is much harder. I could always put spin on the ball even when I was like 6, but catching with the nails took me like 45 minutes of practice
