Thank you so much Nathan! These hand exercises sure do work. I write my name before doing them and after. My hand writing is so much better after I do the hand exercises. I was really writing too small, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. God bless you Nathan!

I had very mild tremors since I was young. Over the past few years these tremors have become progressively severe, interfering with daily functionality. I was a very competent amateur guitarist. The tremors ruined my playing and I resigned myself to never picking up a guitar again. My therapist advised me persist with guitar playing as it would improve my tremors (finger muscle power). Then I discovered your amazing video. I have combined my guitar playing with your invaluable exercise programme and am beginning to feel the difference. Thank you and bless you for the work you do. I don’t have Parkinson’s but I do have shaky hands and I think these exercises will help me I’m 71 years old. I’d like to do my own acrylic nails, but I have a lot of trouble because I shake so much so thank you.

Hi I do not so far have Parkinson’s yet and I never will, but you never know in life. I decided to do these exercises I will continue to do them as they have great strengthening exercises for the hands that I have seen on KZbin. So far these are the best so easy to understand. I’ll be looking forward to more exercises that you were teaching thanks again I will pass this on to my friends Tricia in Hawaii

I have hand tremors because of my medications (dominant hand )… I get embarrassed because of my writing/printing ….these are great exercises.,..I’m going to do it for a week and see the difference….I know it will get better!

I have Charcot-Marie-Tooth (type CMT2CC) and am losing function of my right hand which interferes with doing ASL. these exercises should help keep the function I have. Thanks!

Ok, so I was experiencing hand tremors that really affected writing and I started doing these exercises about a 3 months ago. These exercises are very effective. I do them before I get out of the bed every morning and those tremors are under control all day. No problem. I was sharing these exercises with a friend and he asked me how the exercises work and I realized that I had no idea. Can you explain in layman's terms how these hand exercises are dealing with the tremors? What's going on? Thanks for your videos. Very helpful.

Sure. If you can do tip toes 10x3 sets, that will help. Practice sitting down first then when you are able to balance better, stand up and do the tip toes with support from a walker or a chair

Awesom. Try to teach thisand instruct the patient twice a day, 4x a week. Minimum to no rest breaks for continuity of leqrned movements
