Beauty is obvously in the eye of the beholder! However, as others have said using old tyres to store drinking water, or grow vegetables in is a very bad idea. Tyres are classed as toxic waste and some quite horrible chemicals will leach out of the tyres when water/soil/sunlight is present. I have seen the results of this.

Brothers, I have no doubt that you all are enjoying it. You have made a water tub from old tyres which poor people use for their livelihood. But you must definitely know that a lot of people go there during this time i.e. cows and buffaloes are being fooled. And when it gets old, the nails stuck in it i.e. nails are taken out and through the wheel of Mall Mawashe, they are carried around in the stomach, those who do Mall Mawashe, it is a strange thing. That is why you and all the people who do such work, please say I will say it emphatically that instead of playing with nails, one should use other things which should not cause any harm to any living thing. Cheaper, easier and better for your health to use a plastic tub. The chemicals in that rubber are not good for you and it's heavy. Even pottery is better. Plastic can be a useful tool if used responsibly and if we are educated enough to not throw it anywhere. Those tyres can also be recycled, just not like this.
