@@nashhenry9314 very effective!! That bonus armor is epic. My watch isn’t maxed either. It just takes a little longer to kill. Which doesn’t matter as long you hit them to get bonus armor. Just pay attention to your vector ammo 🫣😂

This has become my favorite build. I have everything maxed and am at 60%chc and 133,6% chd. I retooled the knee to chd and put a cdc mod on the vector. Giving me 59% and 143% chd

Gonna be honest, for my solo runs on anything I usually will run with a status build with the Scorpio to spread that disorient and I’ll usually use the Reviver Hive with the jammer or regular pulse

Have you tested this build with Picaro’s Holster and HB gloves instead of Sokolov? You’ll lose one CHC or CHD but gain 15% all weapon damage

Wish I was around to get that gem skin. Ubisoft really needs to do what Hal is doing season wise. Where multiple seasons are avaliable but you gotta switch which you want your xo to go too. I only play div 2 on the weekends and I'm like lol 146 in the pass since s10 price of power is my first season in this game. Just want to get the awesome skins from the previous seasons so bad. Also I don't know I'm doing wrong but, I'm trying out all these builds and I'm getting nowhere near the same performance as shown in the vids.

Every time a build requires a specialization other than gunner, I just get PTSD from trying to unlock the technician class

As long as you have the talent flatline or perfect flatline (Kingbreaker AR) on the gun you don’t need to use Technician for the laser pointer. One headshot will pulse any enemy and you can get the bonus damage from that. You won’t event need to run a pulse skill like skilz did in the vid. But with gunner you could also use the banshee pulse to slow down the bigger tank enemy. Either way, Heartbreak IMO is the best all around build by far bright now. 👏

But then that’s why the Technician is really helpful, because not only can you then use the laser pointer on you gun + flatline talent, but you also get the EMP grenade & +12% damage to enemy robotics. If you build up your heartbreaker stacks for weapon damage and then hit the tanks & dogs with an EMP, you can melt them pretty quick. All around it’s a fun build that work well with either specialization. 👏

I think your hybrid is the best solo build right for TU16. Set turret, pop striker drone, sit back and casually build some capacitor stacks while your turret and drone do all the work. EZ clears. Works great in groups too, add a restorer hive or stay all damage, so versatile

I have a VERY hard time not playing turret/drone, it's just so damn good at everything except for hunters since they hack your skills. Then i switch to my 72% reduced damage from elites Scorpio build with t6 shield. Every build except those 2 are just to trying to find something else to play but it's hard to find a good one. Many build works good in some situations but not all, and/or having a hard time staying alive/keeping stacks up for the build to work. It's just too much work with finicky gameplay for some builds that it's not fun. I'm having a decent time trying some different heartbreaker setups atm tho, gonna give it some more time.

IMO NothingButSkillz is using technician specialization as you have to put the laser pointer on the Vector (it pulses enemies) in order to use the Flatline skill on the weapon. As he mentions at the end of the video you can change the breastplate to a plate with Spotter skill which adds further dagame to weapon in case of pulsed enemies. If you go survivalist you can't use the laser pointer that is you need a weapon with different skill (not flatline)

Just tried this.. 4 armor cores. It is alright… the bonus armor doesn’t feel like it stacks up as fast as with the rock and roll and my vector is critting for about 400k-450k. Might change one of the armor cores for weapon damage because right now it doesn’t feel like it hits hard enough. The other issue I have with it is you blow through ammo so quick with the vector 45 ACP

Oh wow an exotic drop!!! I’ve been grinding the open world clearing Control Points for 3 days. I’ve cleared them all about 2.5 times. I haven’t had an exotic drop from a random or a CP cache?! I’ve also cleared all my bounties and I never got one from a boss either. Before the update that made exotics GOLD I was getting them from bosses quite regularly. Not any more. I’m on heroic with 2 directives and I’m about to join the rest of my clan and quit!

This is definitely more stress-free in mission environments than mine, but heroic + all 5 directives is really easy in open world with a good snipe build. c: Also.. Good thing the rogues at the end were more focused on the JTF, certainly makes it much easier to build up the bonus armour when you're not getting shot at. *K I put this build together and it feels like my armour never gets up enough to survive real fights. Perhaps there's a big difference between gameplay in pc/ console >.

Try 4 piece heart breaker with momento and grupo chest with intimidate. 59 chance 130 damage. Technician with laser pointer. Dark winter for the win!!

Why not use a high rpm assault rifle with this build to get the AR stats off the gear?

Because you need to keep stacks up and nothing comes close to the rpm on smg's. You need to hit A LOT of shots on target to keep your bonus armor, everything else is too slow. Even using the acs12 is slow af and it's only really used to get the stack count to max THEN swapping over to your smg. AR heartbreakers are usually ran with the crusader shield, but people hate builds that use the shield because they think they are pro or some shit.

Why not run CHC sight and muzzle on the gun instead of CHD shown, then run CHD on the 2 armor pieces that you have CHC? You lose 2% CHC, but gain 14% CHD. Gun mods are 5% for either, while gear is 6% CHC and 12% CHD--you get the most efficiency running CHC on the gun and CHD on gear. Plus, the CHC muzzle is a suppressor, and suppressors are cool.

Dark Winter misses the 15% from Flatline. I'm not capable of the math to say it's definitely better than DW's talent, but it gives its damage immediately instead of on first kill.

so start on hard target farm your gear don't worry about god rolls. Solo go up to challenging then heroic and before you know it you will have one good build to farm heroic contetn

You can also farm Countdown on hard or challenging and let the group carry you thru. You will still get all the drops and can target for what gear you needs. Plus you get the XP and count credits for the vendor. 👏

I really wish these build guides werent done on characters with thousands of shd points. Or expertise upgrades. My exact copy of this build is far from optimized, but my stats are FAR lower than this. My gun is around 66k because I don't have that expertise and I don't have perfectly rolled items.

The Exotic component won't show up on the top of the screen, the easiest way to tell if RNG dropped one for that CP is to check your Resource inventory before and after.

I use the Rock n Roll in place of the Scorpio in order to build the stacks up faster. But when it comes to the tanks, that's where I get in trouble. Trying to take out the little guys first then the tank is tough since those NPC tend to run around a lot and not stay still even for a split second.

Lol closed the vid after I saw you do 400k crits and say “a lot of damage” lmao!!!! If you can’t get 1 mil + damage (17-19 mil damage per second) then the build sucks for damage. You’re useless in heroic countdown unless you’re a status effect build, healer or dps build hitting 17-19 mil dps. This build sucks folks. The backpack you wanna run vigilance because it doesn’t cancel out if take damage on the bonus armor. That multiplied 25% is crucial for heartbreaker. Strikers is far superior but if you run heartbreaker, don’t run it like this video

Because for builds like these they are entirely subjective to what you want to run depending on how you play. Only thing is heartbreaker is kinda forced into being tech because of the linked laser pointer it gives. You can use pulse like he does (honestly don't know why since he IS tech) but you'd have to wait for it to come off cooldown to use on new enemies and always aim at heads for the pulse that way.
