Yo this helped me big time. One thing that wasn't mentioned is that for the Specter mask, you have to single shot the windows. I couldn't get the hunter to spawn with my AR so I switched to a rifle, and he spawned. Most of my AR shots were 2 bullets to each window. Rifle = best. 👍

I hit a few with two shots by accident with my ar and he spawned, probably for the most part it needs one shot but doesn’t matter if u accidentally hit it with two a couple times, just make sure it’s definitely during the day, i couldn’t get him to spawn at night. i figured since he said “you CAN do it during the day” i figured it didn’t matter, apparently it does 😂

I did some of these way back in the early life of the game and before I got to end game. It was so hard. I remember doing the wraith mask and I had help and we kept dying but since someone was alive we didn't wipe and we kept retreating and he kept chasing us all the way back to the safehouse. I had to redo the death, phantom, cross and diamond mask 3 times since some of the mask didn't drop. We lured them to the nearest control point but the hunters turned it into a unclaimed control point after wiping out all the civilians. Ah fun time.... I also remember the spector mask had trouble spawning even if all the right windows was shot. I had to go to another players sessions to do it.

One thing you left out, which was a big thing, was for the demon mask you have to shoot the light behind you so it blinks. Otherwise it won't work.

I had to say thanks for guidance, how to obtain them. But you need to rearrange the steps and conclusions. The Demon, Wraith, Crimson and Specter were the only masks which can be obtained on daytime while the rest only available on night time. The Specter had gave me a hard time, had to went through 4 times because he was using rogue artillery turret. Midas and Revenant, you'll need help from one high experienced player. While Death, Phantom, Cross and Diamond, need 2 or 3 high experienced players to help/assist. As 1 against 2/4 is impossible.

Demon, Specter, Crimson and Wraith I got by myself. Ghoul I got with a friend. Midas and Revenant I managed to do by myself. Ghost I'm yet to do But those 4 I've never been able to do, just because as soon as they spawn in there's alot going on. It also doesn't help that I'm a solo player

Just an update. After last June 9 patch update, my missing ivory key just mysteriously appeared in front of case of the shield splinter case for my looting! Just "looted it" and now I have the Shield Splinter. BTW, I have all the masks but unfortunately, one of the keys was missing.

I dont know if anybody is following this video now or not. But basically i think the one where you have to salute and the one where you have to workout on the pool is kinda bugged. I tried giving a salute multiple times in the same position and it didn't work. Same with the jumping jacks one. I tried excercising in the same position multiple times and there was nothing. These two might be bugged now. I could be wrong though.

Same here, it seems to be the two where you have to do jumping jacks and salute. Many people have reported the same bug. To get around it try transferring your build to your 2nd character and try again. Worked for me.

Wraith mask is bugged, BUT i realised its the same bug where the "wave at camera" doesn't work, for some reason emotes dont activate things when you have "unbreakable" on armour, so if anyone has this issue, switch off the armour and it'll work

I had the same problem, didn't matter day or night or where I stood he would not spawn. I got around it by transferring my build to my second character, tried again and he spawned first time. This worked for about 3 goes then stopped working, so i transferred my build to my 3rd character and he spawned , I got my mask but what a pain.I went back to my first character but he still wouldn't spawn for me. Weird.

I figured it out! After many attempts, I figured out that you MUST use the hunters fury set on all pieces. I had tried other gear sets like bulwark, random high end pieces and nothing. But once I switched to hunters fury set they all spawned. For guns I used ourobous and an LMG. For skills I had chem launcher and revive. I’m talking about all emote hunters, on both hard and normal difficulty

Anyone trying to do the 4 hunters and getting melted - try using decoy, shock traps, and loading up with protection from elites, with a scorpio shotgun. I melted them with 2 in our group using this setup. Went with a heartbreaker build and a chill out mask (for the double PFE mod slots).

I did the 4 hunter in the tree only got to kill 2 of them with the last key since the other roamed and despawned I guess, then after opening the ivory chest went back on the other night on the same spot and got the other 2 mask without redoing the whole thing or killing any hunter, just got the mask as a loot where the hunter suppose to spawn. I suppose you don't have to kill all the hunter if you want and just kill the one with the key and straight up open the chest and get back to the spot at night if its timed trigger.

i would recommend doing this at world tier 1 and no later. I tried to start this at world tier 4 , and these guys will give you all you can handle, and they have tech that can shut down or cancel anything you throw at them. it was not a fun time. the first masked guy hacked my turrent and turned it against me, even had the chasing mines. The second mask didnt spawn alone, he spawned with other high level enemies, not sure if thats how it is for all of them.

Even as a level 40 and beyond they are near impossible to kill they themselves aren't terrible it's the constant armor spam and their specialist abilities that make it so miserable you might aswell not even try when there's multiple of them unless you have a full team.

@@Ferris.Bueller The Washington monument one was the biggest problem for me so far. I did not try every day, but one day it just worked. Nothing like shown in this video though. The other ones after doing a few times would start the fight just had to be in the right position for it.

@@Ferris.Bueller I followed the order on the screen underground, I have done them all before in different orders and the same as the one underground with no luck though. I hate saying that it just worked one day but it did. I have no idea what I did differently.
