Nice vid man. Looking to get into that skimmer skiff 14 foot. How’s it treating you. Would there be enough room for three people? Is 20 hp good enough. And if you don’t mind me asking with your set up approximately how much you put into it approximately?

Great boat, bought my 14-6 last Memorial day, I went with the finished deck, 2 live wells, Cooler grab bar with 3 vert rod holders on each side, Went with the Suzuki 9.9 electric tilt/start because I am in motor restricted lakes but it is on the 20HP platform so when I move to Florida I will have a new carb for a 20 or sell and get the 20, I have the Garmin Echo Map installed on the grab bar and put a haswing remote 55 on the bow (Big Mistake should have gone with Rodan or MinnKota), Full interior green and red LED on the interior, seadeck in the main console, and last but not least continental aluminum trailer. All told I was at 14K for everything. I love the hell out of this boat. It is really stable and runs pretty good even with the 9.9. You can't go wrong with these boats. Bobby at Skimmer takes pride in what he builds and will go out of his way to build the boat of your dreams. I live in Virginia (Unfortunately) but will be back home in Florida soon (Just not soon enough LOL). Call Bobby at Skimmer and he will take care of ya.
