I mean like Skye comforted Fitz sometimes while he was recovering and Skimmons were so worried about their man that they hacked shield while he was on a mission.

It's understandable to like them in season 1 but after it was made clear that they at like sisters and we see more of Fitzsimmons i just can't imagine shipping them anymore

Strongly disagree. Fitz became an a-hole, and never recovered. So I would ship Skimmons even stronger.
