This dark girl is very beautiful. She is having Vitiligo.she must stop all treatment for it and only use an SPF lotion like Vaseline lotion which got SPF and is a moisturizer while going out at anytime because even mild sun will darken her dark skin more so the contrast will be more. Slowly her full body will become fair if she got generalised vitiligo. Till then over the sunscreen she must use a dark coloured foundation to match the rest of her face on the fair part of her face and then a dark compact powder. The rest of the body with white patches can be ignored.
