Day 3-Take a pan and add 1 glass water, boil it and take 1 tbsp rice and soak them separately. Take 1 capsule vitamin e in a congainer, 1 tsp honey stir them and add 1/4 tsp aloe ver gel again stir them, add pinch of wild turmeric...mix them now add 1 tbsp rice water. Step 1- Clean face, take 2 slices of potato, massag en eyes and darker areas . Now apply the mask you prepared.

And i want to say that this is really an effective remedy which is giving me great results for my under eye dark circles. 👍 Even I have iron deficiency due to which my dark circles are more visible but this cream is a saviour as it is lightening the darkening of the eye area and controlling the problem. I tried the oil massage from day 2 and it was really great! I already make up my oil daily moisturizing oil with Aragon , jojoba, sweet almond and others oils. But adding castor oil to the mix and using it as massage oil was great. Thank you for the new tip ❤️😀🙏

I'm in UK and I see you use vitmin E capsual but our are yellow not green. why are they green in India I feel these green ones are better than the one in uk? I will buy tommorrow and do this remedy tommorrow for my 3rd day Thank you thank you so much, I can't wait for the results I'm so excited to see the benefits and yes your right we have darkness around out mouth maybe wee dont wash there properly could be as we rush in mornings. I have such bad problems that I don't eat breakfast in the morning I have recently started to try to eat breakfast but sometimes I run out off fruit as in uk things are not near by we have to go to shops far, and if 8 don't stock up then I'm in trouble but I try my best. I go gym and sometimes I eat very little on going before my workout after I get so hungry but I do eat lot of vegetables and protein fiber daal, so hope that helps me I have issues to drink too much,h tea which I have also reduced. I can't wait to complete my 5 days of skin care but I will always keep up with it once a week fir 5 days Thank you do much
