That lady has melasma, it's not always triggered by creams, hormone changes and heat can cause these too. As a doctor you should be aware and not assume it's because she was lightening her skin with cheap products. There's many causes for melasma, even pregnancy can trigger it. Also if that lady named any cream, she could have been sued for going on TV and slandering their brand.
