Another product which I find wasteful..is HUGE eyeshadow palettes and colour-themed palettes.Most of us would rarely use THAT MANY shades or rainbow colours on our eyes. Best is to buy small wearable pallettes and single eyeshadows.

I actually like pH-balanced intimate wash. Even some doctors have recommended it, once to my mum and once to a friend. But one girl used it everyday and she got very dry down there and had to see a doctor. So I believe using them in moderation like 3-4 times a week is the key.

Just one thing to add , dont apply soap in your intimate area. The ph of the intimate area is naturally acidic which prevents bacterial or any other organism to act upon. Gentle wash with water is enough 👍🏼

I've tried biore's sunscreen and it is amazing! I also have oily skin and it feels super lightweight. It's just that the quantity is pretty less so I just use it on my face because it doesn't have a white cast and a cheaper one for my body.

I also used to think that intimate wash is a waste I don't need it & soap is enough for me and I have never used it until I had miscarriage and went through D&C after that I faced irritation, itching etc and soap was useless then I decided to try intimate wash and it worked like magic for me since then I am using it not for whitening but for better hygiene purpose....

Hey Shreya Di! I just wanted to tell you! As usual loved the video and it's a good idea not to use intimate wash. But soap and shower gel are big no! Specifically soap. No matter what any company says the basic idea of soap, shower gel, detergent or any cleanser is base (if go deeper into chemistry) and our skin as well as Ms V is acidic. So using intimate wash can be a choice. But NEVER SOAP. Water I guess is enough. P.S: It would be hypocritical of me if I comment this but not state the fact that I do use intimate wash. I use clean and dry. I used to smell a lot due excessive sweating down there and periods were something intolerable. My gyno said I naturally was sweaty and smelly so I started using intimate wash (not regularly every alternative days or once in 2 days) and since then the area remains dry and no more smelling.

As long as you use it only on the other regions (pubic region and vulva) it shouldn't be a problem. Any surfactant base/cleaner stuff you put inside your vagina is problematic.

I think intimate washes are okay. They works for me. Not the V wash and all the commercial ones out there. I'm using Lactacyl and it has been prescribed by my gynaecologist. And it just keeps the area clean and infection free. Keeps away bacteria and germs. Again it could vary from person to person.

Aapka ye video bahut hi informative hai. Mujhe bhi ab chid si hone lagi hai Cotton Pads se. Achhi quality ka aaj tak nahi mila. Aur kuch expensive face cotton pads hain jise purchase karne ki filhaal na zarurat hai, na himmat. Kyunki abhi mere paas bahut pada hai. Aur saste pads koi dhang ka kaam bhi nahi karte.

Aur jab mujhe pata chala ke humko intimate wash ki itni zarurat hi nahi padti jitna unko hype kiya jaata hai. Toh main usko roz use nahi karti. Par haan jab kabhi feel hota hai ke Vaginal odour ho sakta hai periods ke baad tab periods khatam hone ke do teen din baad hi use karna sahi hota hai. Kyunki humara intimate area bahut sensitive hota hai. Kyunki purchase kiya hai kisi product ko toh usey use bhi karna chahiye because humne uspar apna paisa lagaya hai. Makeup brushes bhi maine bahut purchase kiye hain. Par ab tak make up karna nahi aata. Maine bahut se make up stuff yun hi kharid liye thhe. Aur ab tak khatam nahi kar paayi. Expiry ab bahut near hai. Hack aur alternative use ka koi option dekhkar sab products ka use karna hai. Lip 👄 Plumper is a useless product. I had never brought it in my life. Though I don't have thin lips. But I wonder why thinner lips girls want to try it. For making their lips fuller, girls use lip plumper, lips surgery. Why to punish yourself like this? One day such useless product will ruin your natural beauty. For plumping your lips use cinnamon powder. But don't use lip tools for this. You have to bear a lot of pain. Try and practice lip make up. Once you mastered in it, in just two minutes, you can create a nice fuller lips..

So best thing is to really observe which products you use most in your make up and skin care and just buy those again. Well, You kinda have to use a cotton pad for toner, because a toner's function is to remove makeup , dust, or any other impurities that are left after cleansing, and it won't really happen if you don't use a cotton pad or something that will accumulate the impurities, so, using your hands for it won't really work.

A toner's purpose is to hydrate your skin and add back the moisture that you have lost after cleansing your face. But you need to use cotton pads for exfoliating toners.

Umm I think you're not a dermatologist to put it out there. Dermatologists suggest using an intimate wash. For some people it's imperative to use an intimate wash or else they'll get a yeast infection or a fistula

Exactly! I highly agree about the intimate wash thing. My gynaec told me it's all marketing fundas to sell you all these stuff in the name of intimate hygiene. It just makes your skin super harsh and worse in the long run. She suggested me to use Medimix/herbal/medicated soaps instead and coconut oil. And this is a pro tip because I've been suffering from UTIs every now and then and this really helped me alot.
