Not really. Don't use it if you have oily, acne-prone skin. Ceramide Mochi toner can increase breakouts. I would recommend the round lab 1025 Dokdo toner or the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner both of them are really soothing

“If you are a beginner” Yes you can do it but don’t use sunscreen in night and avoid using too much products in one go try going with moisturizer and sunscreen then add on other products slowly otherwise it can be very harsh on skin and use products according to your skin type and which suits you best 2,3 products are enough
