Actually really appreciate you opening up and making this video! As a long time fan, recently I was seeing you on camera with the complete lack of wrinkles and super-defined bone structure and noticed that watching your videos was making me feel kind of shit about myself lol (through no fault of yours obviously!! It's just a subconscious comparison thing) so I ended up not wanting to watch any. But hearing you talk about procedures a bit more has been a good reminder that most people don't naturally look that perfect. It's difficult not to compare yourself in the age of social media so to have someone in the public eye be so honest about this kind of thing is so refreshing. It's a nice reminder that usually it's not just good genetics when someone looks amazing, it's money and good surgeons 😂 thank you for talking about this topic 💛

For me personally this is THE video when it comes to transparency and rawness. This is how you do this kind of videos. I really appreciate you being honest 🫶🏼 I’m a skin care and skin treatment junkie. I get a facial every 4-8 weeks. I do microneedling two times and after that a hydrafacial. This works really great for my skin. I have a routine at home that works for me. I also use some of the products you showed. For example I love the Dr. Dennis Gross Led mask. The mask for neck and the décolleté is also very nice. I get Botox done 2x a year, my forehead, in between my brows and crows feet. Also I get my armpits done once a year. I love it! As you said, just do what makes you feel good! ✨

Do we get too fixated on a part of something we don’t like? I had major surgery on my jaw 23 years ago, bottom jaw over developed, top jaw underdeveloped. Had parts of my jaw bone removed and titanium plates in my face. This wasn’t cosmetic surgery by the way. Anyway, always hated my profile and called names at school. Really mentally scarred me. I felt brilliant for quite a few years, I looked different, but now I look in the mirror and still don’t love my face. My face has changed over the years, now nearly 50, jowels are appearing, things sagging. If I had the money I’d get a facelift 😂. What I’m trying to say are we ever happy? I don’t regret surgery one bit as it was a positive. But now ageing has really started and I know it’s only going to get worse! Not liking it one bit. Maybe we need to start loving ourselves a bit more ❤

I had mummy makeover surgery 9 weeks ago, breast lift, 275cc implants and tummy tuck. I breastfed both my babies for a total of 5yrs. I hated what pregnancy and breastfeeding did to my body. I feel amazing after the surgery, I'm so happy, I wish I had the money to have it done 15yrs ago.
