We are so happy you gave our products a chance! It means a lot for a brand entering a new market to receive such high-quality feedback. Your comments are right on point. The bakuchiol cream works great for the neck and chest. And it's a great idea to mix the Renewal serum with azelaic acid for maximum results on melasma and hyperpigmentation. Thank you for your excellent review!

Hi Melanie. I always look forward to your skincare videos. I have discovered Kate Somerville Liquid Exfoliate and Drmtlgy Lactic Acid. Thank you for the great recommendations. ❤

I love azelaic acid! I had never used it until my Curology provider put it in my prescription for lovely hormonal acne. It's been amazing to clear up my skin and fade any dark spots. I'll have to try the PC version. I have really enjoyed their products. Like you, their light weight daily defense sunscreen is my holy grail. Thanks for the recommendations!

I was checking out the Eye cream but it has coconut oil in it :( that kinda sucks I wish they used something different, I'm scared it might break me out. I love Dermtlgy products so I'm alittle sad about it. Have u tried the Peach Slices 10% Azalaic acid it's 19$ u can use the 3.50 coupon on it and I really like it . I like it better then the PC one.

Honestly it does not feel like there is coconut oil in here and absolutely no milia for me. BUT you know what sets your skin off so for sure skip it if coconut oil is a trigger. I have yet to try anything from Peach Slices but they are CF so I need to check them out. I have been curious about their Snail Mucin so maybe I will add that in too! I will try that maybe before repurchasing the PC. Thanks for the heads up!

If Stella is already getting hormonal acne, try swapping regular milk for either lactose free or non dairy. Usually it’s the lactose that causes teen acne. I know kids love all the dairy😂…..love azelaic acid. Need to bring that back out since the season is changing and my skin is being an ass……..ok, just purchased the eye cream. Sounds wonderful and I just used the last of mine last night! Thanks❤

Agree! Taking away the dairy cleared up my face and my daughter’s faces!

Actually the kid doesn't drink milk. She stopped at around 3. Occasionally she will do a bowl of cereal but even that is rare. We don't really do ice cream. She could be getting dairy in other packaged foods I suppose tho. I only buy oatmilk for myself. Wish I could get her to drink that but I do keep that really small skinnier carton of milk for the occasional bowl of Cheerios that she likes. It's hard with this kid food wise because she actually has a pretty restricted diet of things she likes. We have worked in therapy for a few years now on trying new things and she is starting to get there but still will only eat a pretty limited diet. Still on a waiting list to see an occupational therapist that specializes in kid food issues. Who knew that was a thing??? It's been insanely frustrating for Craig and I because we eat EVERYTHING. I mean I grew up in Germany so I ate some shit growing up lol. She's rather starve than eat something she doesn't deem edible. I'll look through her current acceptable offerings to see if there is some dairy in there but I don't think I can take anything away as we are going to be left with very little to choose from after lol.

@@MrKongsMom oh lord you do have your hands full with her😂 and here I thought my husband was the worlds pickiest eater… ha! Well it’s probably just early teenage hormones then. I mean they do overload our foods with so many pesticides now and sugar is in everything if it’s packaged. Usually start with the food, but if she’s that picky, just do the best ya can and hand her some breakout creams. I feel for you. It drives me bonkers trying to cook for just myself and my husband and I usually end up cooking two separate meals! He’s lucky I haven’t thrown the damn skillet at him yet😂😂

Hi Melanie, I also have silver/white hair and feel like a change, my hair is about your length too. I'm thinking of bangs but I was wondering, do you have bang remorse? My hair grows so slow and I'ma little scared.
@MrKongsMom Жыл бұрын
I won't say remorse. Super glad I did it. But will I keep it??? That I cannot say quite yet. Its much more work for me when it comes to doing my hair and while I don't mind sitting and doing my makeup for like 15-20 minutes.... I don't like spending that much on my hair for some reason lol. I foree clipping the bangs back about half of the week lol. But I do love how it looks on me. It completely changed my look and that is what I wanted. If you are on the fence... I'd say don't do it. Its a huge commitment and if your hair grows slow, you are probably going to make yourself huffy.

@@MrKongsMom My stylist just moved because her husband got a fantastic job offer so I think a change is on hold. My hair is a little thicker than yours but shows every mistake if made so I have find a new stylist and build trust😩. Thanks for your input. Your bangs do look nice and change can be fun.

Drmtlgy had just not worked for me. The hyped up tinted SPF is super watery and doesn’t sink into my skin well or provide any bit of coverage like my Elta MD UV Elements. I also tried the Drmtlgy Soothe & Recovery Cream and it was not very hydrating at all……very basic. I think this line is WAY overhyped.
@MrKongsMom Жыл бұрын
Sorry the line doesn't work for you. Sounds like Elta is a better fit for you. Elta is an absolute no for me as they test in China so they aren't cruelty free. I've had great luck with most of DRMTLGY's SPF's except the original. It's ok but their later SPF's are much better for me with my oily skin type. That being said, lots of companies out there with great products as well if DRMTLGY is not the best fit.
@fairfaxvienna4099 Жыл бұрын
@@MrKongsMom honestly I’m not really concerned with where a company tests. Elta MD had not been beat by any other SPF for me and I’ve tried SO many! I just was so excited to try Drmtlgy based on all the hype and the two products I tired fell completely flat.

@@MrKongsMom…Love the Drmtlgy products. I have never found the SPF to be watery at all. I wear it every day. I like all their products and use the Sooth and Recovery cream, Peptide Night cream and the SPF regularly.
