My face used to look dull. But later I achieved glowing skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by doing these things. -: 1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day. 2. Adding carrots or carrot juice into my daily diet. 3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water. 4. Going to the gym and sweating like anything. 5. Steaming my face or whole body once every 15 days.

Hello Ma'am, Mayank this side I have a small query. Actually I started using Garnier body cocoon moisturizer but within 5 minute I get red pimple so switched my moisturizer to nivea aloe hydration, nivea body care moisturizer but same thing repeated. I actually used patanjali aloe vera gel to the place where pimple come it helps me only for some time. I used Vaseline cocoa glow it's fine but not a perfect for my skin neither I will be able to use it post winter. I have a combination type skin. I request you to kindly suggest me good cream/moisturizer( small / moderate price)and a solution for this imbalance.
