Today I'm doing a test run on the Skinfix Barrier Ceramide and Ection Hydrating Gel Cleanser! I've been using this off and on for a few weeks now but thought I would test to see how well this removes makeup and sunscreen. Skinfix is a brand that has some wonderful face and body cleansers, great for dry and sensitive skin types. Their Foaming Oil Cleanser is one I've repurchased several times so I am hoping for the same experience with their Ceramide & Ection Hydrating Gel Cleanser!

Ever since i tried an oil cleanser, I can't go back to washing my face where u have to wet it first (except in the AM). I love that I can just go in with dry hands and the oil starts removing everything right away. the idea of wetting a full face of makeup, sunscreen, sweat, and oil just feels gross to me now

I totally get that- funny that it took me 30+ years before I ever tried an oil cleanser or a cleansing balm. Now with many sunscreens I use I couldn't imagine not using them,.

I really like Shiseido Foam Cleanser, NeoGen Acne Foam Cleanser, the Heimish All Clean White Clay Cleanser and the Heimish All Clean Balm. I've found that they are really good at one&done, which I like doing in summer. And I got all of them at TJMAXX and Marshall's!

I've got those other two from Heimish but I haven't opened them up yet- going to have to give them a whirl because I've had great luck with their Green Foam Cleanser!

I like the CeraVe oil cleanser or the Skinfix foaming oil cleanser as a one step. I haven’t tried this new one yet!

I either use any cheap fragrance free micellar water or I'm currently loving the bioderma sensibio oil cleanser for makeup and sunscreen removal ❤

I can't really speak to the makeup removal question regarding cleansers because I don't wear makeup but several cleansers I know of are geared as one step cleansers: Dr Idriss's Soft Wash Prequel's Gleanser Avene's Xeracalm CeraVe's cleansing oil Bioderma Sensibio - Foaming Gel My favorite drug store cleanser is probably the Aveeno Nourishing Oat Cleanser. I dislike foaming cleansers for the most part because they dry my face out.

@@NOBSBeauty I just received one of my prequel orders today. I ordered two of their hypochlorous sprays and they arrived TOTALLY EMPTY😭 However another product of theirs I highly recommend is their redness reform serum. It feels so soothing when you put it on….especially if you leave it in the refrigerator. Definitely helps reduce the redness (I have rosacea). At least they arrived untampered with 🤦🏼‍♀️

Definitely! I might have done one on this but it was probably quite a while ago. Offhand the first few that come to mind: NIOD Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist, the Ghost Democracy Peptide Packed Face Mist, the Geek & Gorgeous Liquid Hydration are a few that instantly comes to my mind.

What product did u score from TJ ? I cant read anything but barriar on the screen . U know i love to score good stuff from TJ and Marshals especially more expensive brands. my first time ever trying Skinfix was because of marshals and skinfix repacking so i got to try alot that year and fell in love with them sense . I was going to order the travel set with this cleanser and the gel cream but it freaken disappeared and says in store only now ??? Annoying but the other set is on their . I think they should come out with a good peptide toner or essence with some other good ingredients..lol and a peptode serum , i love their serum but wish it had some added ingredients peptides and what not i would be down to try that . I use the Farmacy green clean as a one step cleanser 90% of the time but if u mean water base i tried the Shani Darden serum cleanser and that did a great job and actually thought about buying it again but idk if they changed it because it all the sudden says new on Sephora site.

Ooh yes- I recently picked up the Skinfix Triple Lipid and Niacinamide Activating Serum there- I might have to swing by again today and see if they have anything else there again! It does seem like they change their packaging and marketing often because I do see their stuff there from time to time.

Ahh the joys of being a dog owner 😂 they all have their quirks! We have one Aussie who will literally walk up and PUNCH everyone in the leg RAPIDFIRE like boxing jabs to demand pets. No warning shots, no mercy. If you don’t see him coming, he’ll just stroll up behind you and take your leg out in the name of love 😭 My sweet Aussie girl loves to carry around our socks? She doesn’t chew on em, doesn’t go outside and bury em, just walks around with our used socks and collects em in her bed or other places she sleeps 😂

My friend rescued two Aussie pups - Matrix and Martini! They were always so sweet and fun! Funny you mention the boxing jabs because ever since I taught Lincoln to shake, he really gets into it sometimes and it turns into a little bit of a fist fight, lol! Ike loves socks too, every spring I end up cleaning up our yard and typically find about a dozen of them... All year I thought the dryer was eating them... lol!
