My goodness, this is amazing. Building a mustang in your living room

Jeff- did you uralane the 2” shim/smoothing piece to the hat section when you riveted it in place? I saw the part where you riveted it but couldn’t tell if you “glued” it first. Just wondering because I believe if that piece wasn’t there you would glue the skins to the hat section before riveting. You might have just edited that part out. It’s hard to pick and choose while editing I know. I should be finishing my wings in April and starting the center section after that in June. I appreciate your videos as it give me ideas as I move forward with my T-51 build.

Did I miss when you installed the throttle quadrant? And was wondering how the rear rudder pedals were going to work?

The throttle isn't installed yet. We just clamped it into place to check clearance with some other items. There's a video already released on the rear rudder pedals when those were installed. Thanks!

@@SocialFlight I can find the front rudder pedals but not the rear. Not sure where I am missing them.

Sorry for the confusion. We haven't installed the rear pedals yet. Those are installed in the center section (which we haven't done yet). That said, the center section is arriving next month...so it will be coming soon!

Really starting to look like a mustang now with the sides and the scoop on. How many hours would you say have been put into this so far?
@SocialFlight4 жыл бұрын
Great question...although we haven’t been really counting. We’re on year two now and actually a lot farther than it may seem because we’ve laid the groundwork to everything that’s to come (and we’re very far behind on video production ;-). Lots of fun stuff coming soon with videos of the panel construction and more! Thanks for watching!
