Skinny is right about Lemon using stereotypes of the areas/countries the celebrities came from for laughs But in Kes the kid wasn't mentally handicapped or an orphan nor did he live in skip. He lived with his single mother he WAS bullied at school and by his brother and his brother killed his only friend a kestrel he tamed.

MR SKANDAL BEATS OFFICIAL yeah there’s 3 episodes in total i believe, check the wikipedia page. i think the BBC made a good effort to getting rid of any sign of that episode as it makes one of their radio DJs look very bad. Charlie Sloth gets stabbed in it, asks some children for information on someone and promises “food” in exchange etc
