Pandora it's absolutly lovely. Not useless at all, but a victim of the fails in the educational system as it seems in this. She was just different, and most people doesn't know how to treat the different ones.

Pandora clearly had adhd even if it’s mild compared to some cases. Hers does seem kinda intense though. I mean sheesh, she’s always talking a million miles a minute. It hurt my heart when he was like “if you’re too lazy..” and pointing out her doodles.. she’s trying to listen dude. Just flashed me back to when I was in school. Teachers always push the adhd kids aside and often think they’re “lazy” NO the way you teach is BORING and ppl like us lose focus easily🤨🙃 anyway i love sweet Panda so I got angry for her!!😂

i hate that there was no pandora episode in s4 ... it was just suddenly “i got into harvard” at the end which made absolutely no sense without this short this was probably going to be a full episode (resulting in pandora realising he’s her dad) but they had budget cuts so cut the number of episodes ://

I don’t think it was due to Budget Cuts. Series 6 had 10 full episodes as well. Also they had enough budget to hire actors specifically for these “shorts” that were DVD only originally. I think it came down to the fact they didn’t have enough material to make a whole episode around Pandora that interlinked with everyone else’s story without the whole series feeling like it was beating a dead horse. Same reason why Naomi didn’t get an episode. It would have been her crying and sulking to everyone for 45 mins because there was no additional plot they could add without it feeling forced. I think the writers only dedicated episodes when there was a story to tell. Pandora’s episode would have been her studying and hating Thomas which at the end of the day, would have been quite boring unless they chucked in some other elements which would have again probably felt forced.

@@APEABOUTSIMS When you really think about 'her' episode in season 3 it was more centred around Effy than her. Sure it was her birthday but Effy's drama was what everyone cared about. Pandora's episode could've been featured around her home life and how strict her mum is and more people can probably relate to having strict parents than skins parents who don't care what their kids get up to.

Alana Joseph I think that’s mainly just because that’s how panda would’ve seen it, she’s always at the side not the centre of attention even on her birthday and in this case also her episode it just emphasises the distance she felt from everyone

Yeah, same with Cook's short - he let Freddie have Effy when he phoned him in prison, and the same when he burned her picture. It made so much sense in relation to the love triangle from then on, but in the show it was just confusing because Cook never said Freffy being together was ok. Also, Cook's character development was shown perfectly in his short. Summed up his maturity and growth entirely.

Pandas face when he said he lectured in the states and came back. She knew then he was her dad. Such a cute scene. Pandora deserved a better story line in the series x
