All the lotions you mentioned contain active ingredients for skin whitening but might not be in the same strength. Extract is milder that might be the reason why it didn't have an effect like the rest. Lightening lotions shouldn't be something you use longtime. The best thing our skin needs is moisturizing and exfoliating to keep it healthy, even and glowing
