It's a gift UFO,'S Skinwaker's & petroglaphs can be found all over the south west they're not unique to that one ranch. Beautiful scenery BTW.

You're right about the petroglyphs. I've yet to encounter any skinwalkers, and I'd like to keep it that way!

Update: I watched two episodes of The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch on Hulu. Overall it's kind of a dumb show, just like any ghost hunting show where they purposely exaggerate and dramatize every little thing, but it is nice to have a chance to see around the property and take away some of the mystery.

There was never a report of anything strange on skinwalker ranch before 1994. The 2 owners between 1994 and 2016 both made claims with no substantial evidence. Then as soon as the latest owner bought it (in about 2016) he started registering trademarks etc. it's all about making money. I'm not against making money but I am against delegitimizing research into the paranormal to do it.
