I'm in Naples Florida, I tried to schedule Four Seasons to come out to my house to get an estimate and their sub-contractor (Impact Ready Glass) kept blowing me off, finally they said I'm just too far away, even though their website says "Serving All of Southwest Florida". They're in south Ft. Myers and I'm in nearby Naples. So Four Seasons gave me another contractor (Willie Wilson Construction) and they too are blowing me off after they assured me they wouldn't.

this guy missed the big detail about the glass, it has a titanium coating on top to stop heat transfer through the window, when you're on top of the glass on a hot day you could cook an egg on top.
