great review!😊 btw, I solely bought this backpack for the looks too!! haha.😅 but it does hold a lot for what our family outings look like which are mostly appointment/errands.I have taken it out on full 'park-days' and it still fit everything for my boys (5 & 1) -- but like you said I think this bag serves great especially for 'show' on dinners/gatherings/parties or weddings. I noticed more than half of the crap us moms carry as 'emergency essentials' (on the daily) never get used, so I now hate lugging all the extra weight unless you're going outta town or something. As for day-to-day, quick errands, I prefer just grabbing a couple diapies, wipes and snacks in my own bag and we're good! I use a Kipling or a Jansport mini as my mom bag and they're so comfy and lightweight.🎒

Thank you so much for making a video on this! I'm delivering in 3 weeks and I am trying to find the perfect diaper bag! I did want to ask for an update since I know you uploaded this on June. Is the backpack holding up well and are the zippers okay? Skiphop's bad reviews all seem to circulate around bad zippers. Awesome review though and got to see the Forma as well. Thank you!

Hi! Thanks for watching and your nice comment means so much to me. :-) It's funny, I was just telling my husband that I need to make an updated review video on this bag. The honest truth is that I haven't been using the Chelsea much because the Forma is just so practical! But there is no doubt that the Chelsea is much, MUCH cuter. It's actually my favorite bag, looks-wise. Simple and chic. Today I'll be switching back to the Chelsea - so I can do a proper update/review asap. Man, I have tried so many backpack diaper bags... it's really tough to find everything you want in one bag! Have you seen my HAPP Brand diaper bag review? That bag comes pretty close to perfect, but I heard they might be discontinuing the stroller straps - which for me could be a deal breaker. To answer your question about the zippers on the Skip Hops - the zipping of the front zipper on the Chelsea is definitely awkward (around the curves). It hasn't broken or anything, but I haven't used it enough for that to have happened. Also, the clip that holds the bag shut is a pain to open and close, and you just can't do it quickly or with one hand. I've used my Forma a TON, no broken zippers yet. It's pretty easy to open quickly and with one hand. I'm curious, any other bags you are considering (I'm such a diaper bag nerd)? Hope this helps!

@@ThreeLittleTrees SUBSCRIBED! Thank you for the speedy reply and for being so honest. It's definitely a first world problem when mamas are trying to go for the "functional" or "chic" look. I was originally looking at the Chelsea Downtown backpack and the Greenwich "leather" backpack. Both looked amazing, but I was leaning towards the Chelsea since it didn't look as bulky (or heavy) as the Greenwich. Your review on the Chelsea is BY FAR the most detail oriented and straight to the point and it's even opened my eyes to the Forma. It certainly helped! Thank you once again!

I love the way it looks but it’s not as functional as I would like. I’d like to get an update video up to go into all the details; hopefully that will happen soon! Have you seen my Happ bag review? That bag is both cute AND functional. Highly recommend.
