Very logical review with several good learning points. Only issue is the hand at 13:45. Your hand is 0 tai with a smelly flower and the main objective of this hand is to quickly win and deny others from winning big hands. You should take anything that comes out for you to meld which allows you to get a 2-sided wait. "Give menqing a chance" makes little sense here if you are allowed to meld to wait a 2-sided wait v.s. drawing a tile that: 1) might not let you ting pai 2) let you tingpai on a kalong then you cannot win from others. If you have some flowers/animals, then this scenario becomes more of a grey area.
