He was also the architect of the Buffalo Bills teams of the early 90's that made it to 4 straight Super Bowls and the Carolina Panthers team of the mid-90's who made the NFC Championship game in their 2nd season of existence. And it's not like Peyton Manning was the only good pick he made in Indy. I think Edgerrin James, Dallas Clarke, Reggie Wayne, Dwight Freeney were all pretty damn good picks.
