I detail why I believe staying at the Sheraton Panama City Beach Resort is a better option for most people than staying at an expensive condo in Panama City.

Pros:
Excellent Golf Course - Designed by Jack Nicklaus - Bay Point Golf Club
Full Spa on Site - Serenity Spa at Sheraton
Multiple Pools - One heated for Winter Months
Easy Parking
Comfortable, Modern Rooms
3 Restaurants on site + Coffee shop
Private beach (beach is on the bay, not the gulf)
Much smaller crowds
Cons:
Not very close to other attractions in Panama City Beach.
$30 Daily Resort Fee
Balconies aren't really balconies
Drive to the beach if you want waves

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Sun Speed resort. Every room faces the pools and beach! There were several dining options and live music. I'm sure this place was even nicer!

The Holiday Inn was a hectic atmosphere but we watched a great movie from our patio which was projected onto the giant screen above the pool.

Bluegreen has bought this property and I heard they are turning units into condo style units hopefully they do not what beach is on the other side ?

Just goes to show how quickly these reviews can become somewhat dated. St Andrews state park is on the other side of the lagoon.

@@crews_reviews I would say outdated they recently purchased it maybe a month or 2 ago it looks totally the same through website pictures but great video I’ve seen exactly what I wanted to see about the property
