HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
- Set up the Reactive Agility Cones in a box pattern 5 yards apart.
- Connect a Recoil 360 so that you start in between 2 of the cones.
- Watch the RA Coach, When it indicates a color either move laterally or diagonally as fast as you can to the corresponding colored cone.
- Get back to start position as quickly as possible.
