Here's a question.... would an aftermarket casing for the casio DW5600 fit this watch? The only thing I dont like about the Skmei is the branding on the top of the outer casing.

Have you tried removing the ink with alcohol or "Goo gone?" Just curious... because that is also my concern. I want this watch but would like to remove the branding.

Very difficult to resize. It has pins that don't come out when pushed from one side with needles and stuff. I had to use nail and hammer. And you know it causes a little damage. But I managed to fix it after a week of effort. I removed three links from North, 2 from south.

Skmei 1456 is the bigger one. Skmei 1433 is similar but smaller.

It's not just a colour. The text is cut/engraved into the case, so I think it will not look good.
