I've owned a 115 bhp SE DSG since February. I've had 30 cars since I started driving, and this is the best by a considerable margin. Just love it. And, by the way, when people say they suspect Skodas are better built than VWs they are absolutely right, as I know from recent experiences.

I've got a Kamiq, only a 1.0 but its plenty enough for me. The car is brilliant, its 100% fit for purpose and then just a bit better.

I’ve always owned hot hatches but after this review I went to take a look, the quality was great. Unfortunately they didn’t have the 1.5 dsg to road test but I’ve ordered one anyway. Get it in the next couple of weeks and can’t wait

I do have a soft spot for Skoda, they actually put thought into things, unlike SEAT whose angular wing mirrors allegedly introduce a lot of wind noise at speed... though I suppose it can't be that bad if they stubbornly continue to make them that way. That'd just be daft. Even the little Chick Hicks-esque moustache grille on the front of Skodas doesn't put me off.
