So the problem was a clugged heater matrix?? My car can blow very hot air from the drivers side, but the passengers side is colder(about 10 degress colder). Since the drivers side is hot and at the right temperatur, the heater matrix must be ok, right?? So i am thinking that it could be the FT140 servermotor or a bad plastic link between the servermotor and flap. What do you think?

I have managed to take out mine without destroying it. I have used radiator cleaner, filled it. And cooked in the pot in the upper position, approximately one hour. I couldn't believe how much dirt there was inside.
