I don't know if you are into metal, but my band of the year is Surface Tension from Ukraine. I'm a big fan of this Skofka song, but listening to Surface Tension kind of relieves the tension (pun intended) in this situation. Redirecting depressing feelings into positive hate, if that makes sense. One of the songs with English subtitles is Surface Tension - Добро, maybe you'd like to check it out.
