Its a pretty bad pick in midlane, because without landing a binding you have no way to win trades and if you fish for bindings you have a huge window earlygame where assassins/bruisers can just jump on you and mages/adcs can just zone you off from farming. Only reason to play her midlane is to play for/around your jungler or minimize certain matchups and scale into both a carry and utility/support lategame while also completely countering the juggernaut/bruiser/tank classes

I am just here to point out that Neeko has her E which roots for the same amount of time, but she can root the entire team with it (the first takes only 2s or smth), while it cant be blocked by minions etc, so it is even more useful on lane. That E has 10 sec cd at rank 5 and also affected by ability haste. Also her ultimate is kinda the same radius without the need to aim simirarly while dealing at least twice as much dmg/enemy and it also stuns for 1,25 sec. So they are kinda similar but none is calling out the BS amount of CC and dmg there. +Neeko does even more dmg, has AA improving passive and potential to bait ppl with her passsive and W. The black shield is the real deal. Morg's CC isnt that unique. Tho she should be taken out of JG asap. She needs no change other than that. Fine as she is.

Ironically Morgana players are using glacial runes too, so now whenever she lands her q, finishes her r or hits some champion dead center with her everfrost, they slow their allies down too. She went from 'You cannot move now.' to 'You cannot move and your friends can't either.' ultimate mommy energy.
