If you want metal cards go for 400. If you want mp cards or mp gears go for 800. I personally do 800's cause I like the mp cards. Also you should know you can only get certain mp cards from 800. There's a list here: injustice-mobile.fandom.com/wiki/Nth_Metal_Ultimate_Pack

The 800 pack isn’t worth it. 800 packs have only 10% of getting a metal card, if u used the 800 nth metal and got 2 400 packs, you’d have a 14% chance of getting an nth metal card from getting 2 of the pack. However, this doesn’t work for the 200 pack since 4 of the 200 packs would equal a total of 8% of getting an nth metal character which isn’t worth it.

What I did was , when I first got 200 NTH Metals, I didn’t know what to do with them, then I saw there were packs , and I thought the first pack and the character I got was Batman Ninja Catwoman 🤩and she made my life so much easier , now my team is - level 50 BN Catwoman (promotion 1) , level 50Insurgency Batman(promotion 7) and level 50 Regime Black Adam(promotion 7)

Nope, he doesn't appear in the Ultimate Packs. The only pack he appears in (according to the Injustice Wiki) is the Halloween Bundle, which is why he's a rare MP exclusive card.
