I’m actually shocked how good Rob’s playmaking is. He is also a complete catch and shoot sniper from outside (his college numbers prove that as well). He also is gambling a TON on defense which means he’s always engaged and trying to make a play (which can be good and bad). However he has shown no ability to get to his spots in iso so far which is concerning…however he is only 19, it’s only be 3 summer league games, he will put on some muscle, and he will be surrounded by actual good professional players in the future.

Eh. Tyrese Maxeys college 3 point % was like 29% . Now he is elite. College numbers do not always trasnslate. Both ways.

You guys know how when Jaden McDaniels locks people up we consider him to be a “tarantula” for opponents? That’s the feeling I get whenever ANYONE guards Rob. As quick and shifty as he is, it seems like it’s way too easy for NBA players just to swallow him up. Hopefully he can gain weight and experience as he progresses in his NBA career,

So basically the refs give the Sixers just as many foul calls in SL as they do in the season.

Rob Dillingham measured at 6' 1" barefoot at the NBA combine. I am going to guess that he is slightly taller than Mike Conley and for a 19 year old to put on ten to fifteen pounds is nothing. So stop harping on his size. Anybody that was not impressed with his playmaking / decision making... especially as this is the first time in his career that he has been asked to primarily run the offense.. and not just go get a bucket... is crazy.
@RJLKMRD

This whole thing about him being undersized is ridiculous, he has absolutely no problem dunking and is actually an elite dunker, we never called Allen Iverson or Kyrie Irving or Steve Nash or Steph Curry or Ja Morant undersized.. Rob Dillingham is not undersized, enough with the inane critique
@dajuice7030

The height isn’t what I am concerned about. He isn’t long at all. Short wing span compared to Mike and Kyrie (both players his size).
@tkuebler9561
@tkuebler9561 Ай бұрын
@@dajuice7030 Rob has the same wingspan as Steph Curry and 3" bigger than Kyle Lowry. And is only 1" shorter than Kyrie. It is obvious in watching Rob play that he has effort on D, with the effort and playing / learning the the Wolves D schemes... he will be all right.

The guess-a-wolf guy made a mistake. Felton Spencer didn’t play most of his games for Minnesota. That would mean he played more than 50% of his games for Minnesota. What I think he was trying to say was Felton Spencer played MORE games for Minnesota than any other franchise.

My son's soccer team has some undersized guys. They get called for fouls way more than big guys. It is more noticeable to refs when they push into their defender, like Rob is getting called for. They arent doing anything more, their motion isnt as natural as bigger guys throwing their weight around.
