Thats because its a relatively chilled track, it isnt designed to have one! dubstep doesn't need to be aggy and full-on to be fucking sick - this is one of skreams best tunes along with dutch flowerz and midnight request line

I'm so used to listening to this with the subs in my car and I'm currently on my laptop and I literally can't hear any bass at all...FML

dunno who rusko is, but iv heard 1000's of reggae dubs like this, its simply evolution of music, each creator tries to make a new sound, taking ideas from other genres and combining them to see what works.. dubstep is the final genre, but dub reggae is the inspiration to many music and a concept that no other genre can compete with.. oneness!

I just love that guitar. This song gives me such vivid memories going back to like 6 or 7 years ago when I became OBSESSED with trying to make electronic music. I remember listening to Skream and Benga and others for literally hours on end all day even if I was busy doing something. Really great music I always get good nostalgic vibes listening to this album.

I wanna live in a world, where mindless indulgence is okay, where do not have to namedrop the shit out of everything, just to be a part of the cool guys. Artists from all over percieve things differently, and thank goodness for that. Let us all just smoke on that!

@TLGPePpsi Because to "dub" means adding new sounds/ effects as the beat progresses and the "step" comes from the fact that most tracks in this genre are at 140 bpms. It's basically slowed down dnb and Skream was one of the artists to pioneer the sound. So you don't have to like it, but respecting the roots of dubstep will get you along further socially.

@bearhorse1 The drop is when the bass kicks in. Which in this tune would be at 0:27, then again at 2:44, and finally at 3:48. If you can't hear it, you should invest in a better sub if you don't already have one. or get some headphones with good bass.

@UnthankLivity12 жыл бұрын
@AcidCraftDubstep It's not slowed now DnB, 140bpm is around double the bpm of dub & reggae. And the step comes from it growing out of 2-step garage.
@CurtisTimson12 жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree. And its not "slowed down dnb" either. It's a sub-genre of UK Garage.
