Congratulations on the 100k subs Steve, they are more than well deserved. and Thank You!! Thank you for all your videos, your templates, tutorials (such as the smooth sanding drum, among others) and the great feedback you give us, taking extra time to answer doubts or questions, irregardless of the Social Media platform. You do a lot to this community, whether cosplayers or just builders and no amount of words can properly demonstrate the gratitude we have. And as a final but definitely the most important note, best wishes for a speedy recovery, take all the time you need. Health and family come 1st!

Hey just found your channel. Sorry to hear about your health issues. Hope it is not to major. I have been going through prostate cancer for the past 2 years now and it blows. But getting into prop making has helped keep my mind busy and not worrying about my health. I am glad I found your channel tonight. I am interested in getting some of your foam to make my first sword. Currently I am working on a post apocalypse character called the Nuclear Nomad. Take care dude.

Love your work! Your videos has been a great resource for a beginner cosplayer like myself, so thank you so much for all the work you put in. I'm looking for some advice on a piece I'm building, which is essentially a wooden staff. I'm looking to mimic the texture of the wood as well as possible, and using some of your older videos (Harley Quinns Mallet as a big one) to figure out a good technique. Do you have any tips for mimicking the wood texture on a staff?

I have a Dust Right 1250CFM dust collector which I have plumbed to 4 places in my shop. I notice your dust collector is 800CFM, but you have it only in the one place. perhaps that is why I have trouble with dust everywhere even with my dust collector!
@SKSProps5 ай бұрын
The thing that really saves the air pull is having the cyclone in between the sanding station and dust collector. It separates almost all of the resin / foam dust so it doesn’t clog the collectors air intake

@@AnthonyT1992 we’ve got a ton on order but constant China lockdowns have definitely slowed production and shipping. Otherwise you’ll just have to do it the way we did before dowels were made by roughy cutting them out of foam sheets then sanding them with your rotary tool to get the shape
