Im confused with this. He Q's then ults immediately, and hits his target with the ult before the q even lands, but yet the moonlight still registers and his ult has no cooldown. What?

Koi the q does hit before he ults. if you ult your target when your q is in mid-transition [for the lack of a better phrase], the time taken to complete your q-r combo is drastically decreased.

Start with lich bane because you have more burst and you can 1 shot every mid except galio at lvl 6

You can one shot anyone 1v1 by starting with luden echo, morello, void staff, abyssal scepter or even rabadon with Diana since lvl 6 she deals so much damage.

It's an in and out kind of thing. Land Q, then R, then E then W then if not dead you exit w/ R. Hard poke. Since if he went w/ Nashor's tooth, he would need to land a couple of Autos in for it to matter. But w/ Lichbane, he gets one powered auto so he can exit as soon as it didnt kill the target. Hit and run tactics. Since on solo queue, you can't truly trust your team if their boosted monkeys so you don't know if they have your back so you can't all in w/ Nashor. So instead, you hit and run w/ Lichbane and you live throughout the clashes. It's a general rule of Solo Queue, you have to take matters on your own godlike hands.
