They should really start covering up their early game. They always get hit very hard early game, because they usually draw late game comps anyways. But SKT is really depending on the enemy making mistakes. I think if they could find a way to soften the hit they take early, it'll be a lot better for them and avoid loses like the one they took against AHQ

Faker is an 1v9 hard carry, no doubt, but, sadly for EDG in this match, the usefulness from LeBlanc ran out of time and Scout could no longer do any damage. Unlike early and mid game, in late game LeBlanc can't do anything relevant. From 40:10 you can watch that started to happen, SKT did great by resisting until reaching late game.

Yes, there was the chance for FW to beat again SKT and go 2-0 in the group stage in 2016, but, SKT didn't allow it. If they had lost, a tiebreaker between FW and C9 would have happened, just like here SKT denied the tiebreaker to EDG and carried C9 again.

It looks like you guys dont understand what scaling comps mean, they deliberately choose to play late game (which means POST 25 MIN) comps, u cant win early game with scale comp at this level of play. Their early game is actually very good. Since every other team would collapse under the snowball (like AHQ) and SKT manage to turn it around TWICE.

1st pool went upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right. 2nd pool went upper right, lower right, upper left, lower left. pool 1 went RNG, SKT, WE, LZ Pool 2 went C9, FNC, SSG, MSF Since LZ and FNC were at the same group, they can't face each other in Quarters. So moved FNC to the next available slot which was the upper left side.

It only really matters to know where the pool one is. After that only 2 of the pool 2 can go to one side. For example we got RNG/SKT, so only Misfits/FNC can go there. However if it was WE/RNG only FNC/C9 can go there. Then it’s just a matter of which of the 2 second seeds they face.
