3 month season. Only 90. I've farmed out 32 in 6 hours by carrying plague capt head to draw in ships

In your cargo (assuming you didn't move it to warehouse) is a note. You'll need to track it (leads to st Anne) talk to him eith it as your active mission and should be good to go. If you don't do that step it won't allow you to sew the pass
