Gawd, the Tevis convention bit is hitting a nostalgic place for me. Our local radio station had a group of personalities on in the afternoon and one of them did a voice of a guy like this and he pretended to be always doing something criminal, but the kind of lame criminal acts that are just creepy. He would go to the library and look up porn while wearing a sleeping bag 'because he's cold'. He would hide under 'a movie producers' car because the movie Avatar wasn't being made fast enough. He would give 'exact' descriptions of someone's location, but it was really just the route that a bus line would take. Those guys were funny! This episode was fun!
