I just realized that the map shows you where you are now. I had to go and check to make sure I wasn't crazy, because what lunatic would ship a map like this that didn't show the players location, and yes! At launch there was no player icon. You just got the full map and had to mentally keep track of Kong's location. Wild.

Ted could be fun but he's said in Elden Ring he doesn't "get" or care for those games. It'd be fun to see a person turn around and "get it" in real time... but also, if he doesn't, subjecting someone to something they're not feeling for 30-50 hours would be a bad time ya know? Have him play the Surge instead.

I wonder if they ever figure out that throwing is the ONLY useful attack in this game. It does the highest damage, has range (obviously), and is the safest. Other abilities aren't even CLOSE to as good...

May i just suggest that after this series you guys set up a series where Brett coaches Jesse through a souls game. Personally I'd pick Sekiro because Jesse likes the history behind that and it's a little more on the easy side of souls games

I had to go down into the depths of Hell to collect she shattered fragments of my jaw after it hit the floor with the force of the atom bomb when I found out this absolute piece of shit of a game was released in 2023. The devs should be jailed. Love the bros though lol!
