I don’t get the sense that you read these comments, but I wanted to say thanks. Having THE guitarist show you what is played is priceless. 🙏🏼

One of the best tracks from the one of the best bands I have ever heard in my teen years, I still listen to and play this regularly. Thanks so much!

I thank you so much for taking your time and share your awesome guitar playing tutorial! I am 40yrs now and I grow up with your music and loved every piece of music you guys created over the years. I also have seen you in Rock im Park 1999 and it rained and it was just unbelievable how good it was... one of my best memories. I love you guys, all of you are so inspiring.

How cool!!❤❤ I'm 40 now , learning guitar (finally) and this song came out when I was 12. Still kicks ass. What a tune. And what better way to learn then from the artist himself. This is so awesome. I'll find tabs somewhere and get back to this video. Big thumbs up!

You rock! THANK YOU for doing this ❤ it’s always great as a midd player to be able to play favorite tunes straight from the source, and a video tutorial is even greater then just tabs, Wow ❤ I wish more artists would too. Love you guys, your music is on my playlist sins the end of the last decade 😅❤❤❤❤

Thanks for this! Original artist tutorials are so much better than those by some kid sitting on his bed, taking 5 minutes to explain the fingering of each chord. All we want is a rough outline and tips for any quirks, along with a slow playthrough of the different sections so that we can figure it out. You delivered that Ace!

Saw you guys last weekend, still buzzing from the gig and then I find this! Never seen anyone do their own guitar lessons before, utterly brilliant. Hope you carry them on, working on this one and Weak with a band I'm in - when I grow up I want to be as good as you ✊️✌️🎸

Ohh my gosh 😁😁😁 I was waiting this tutorial . Thank you Ace ı will try to play as a beginner guitar player ❣️❣️❣️
1:53 I can, It's quite easy It's a Fm7 root on A string with a hammer from on from a D# Major triad to Fm7 to the forth of F (Bb note 11 fret B string) with a walk back to the Fm7 then going to the Eb Major chord 1st inversion with a 3rd in the bass. Basically some Hendrix style hammerons and pull offs within the CAGED chord shapes and with a nice rythm to it. It's quite an ingenious riff.

Hi Ace, happy quarantine. Appreciate the lesson, minor constructive criticism though. Could you lose the delay and the wah and just play it dry as shit? Way easier to follow without effects. Can you do Hotel TV next? Peace and love bro 🙏
@Nr1from19782 жыл бұрын
Note: to get the right hammering/pulling effect here, you need a guitar with pickups that provide a really nice clean sound. That rules out Gibson. 😔
