Looks like a great day on the water.. just got livescope any video suggestions on set up would be great!! Gonna watch video part 1 now it might answer this.. what was the thumping sound?

I do not personally have Livescope or active target so I can not give any setup advise with those unfortunately.

Whats the thumping noise? Bilge pump?

I talk about it in Part 1. It's a thumper. Basically, a rubber mallet with an electric motor that picks it up and drops it at whatever speed you set it to. Do not ask me why fish come to it but they do. Plenty of videos on KZbin of how to make your own as well as a few companies that make them pre-built. As far as pre-built I recommend thumponator.com/ . I have no relationship with them at all but the features, price and quality I can not recommend another.
