I remembered a girl wearing a shell cape from the old season. We became friends and she showed me into the valley oob and talked under the stars and sunset area. We were like sisters then I became busy and sometimes go online when I came back again and saw her one last time. We went again in the oob more likely became our spot we had a talk and said our goodbyes never to see each other again. Yet I'm still waiting for her.

Out of the 30 moths I adopted, only 3 came back to hang out with me. They said that they became someone like me who helped them and thanked me for being their sky parent, I was so touched that I cried so much. I don't go online as often as before but I try as much as possible to hang out with my kids

I love the loop aspect of this video. It took me a few times to realize that the cat haired player at the beginning and the chibi one were not the same. Both of them came into the long haired players life ( one as a chibi and the other as a moth) but both built a bond with them even if it didn't last forever.

I lost a friend on sky a year ago, I cried so much. She felt like a sister damn near but she had to delete all her social media because her mother found out she had discord and sky, and take this into account, she was 17 so technically she is old enough to have it. She promised she'd be back hopefully soon but.... She hasn't come back. I miss her alot. Mama Jazz is very helpful... But I think we all know that she has forgotten us. She isn't coming back.

I rarely made comment but this hit me hard right in my heart. I am one of the old veteran, I have been playing since Enchanment. That time, the plague forced people to stay at home and everyone were looking for place to runaway, that's how I met my friends at Sky. We became family, we went through hardship together, we celebrated so many occasions together. But time passes and they are no longer here. I can only see their name shine in my friendlist, longing the old time we flied through the clouds with two or three in piggy back. New friends might come to lighten up the darkness in loneliness but the feelings cannot be comparable especially when you already met the irreplacable. Now they are no longer there and I become solo player, prays that one day a blue light will go around their stars and we can hold hand together again.

I've been playing for over 2 years and I can relate to this so much. After playing everyday for almost 1.5 years, watching friends never come online again, thinking back at old times, trying to recollect who people are and how i met them, and then taking a break for a few months myself, only to come back and have all my active close friends who used to join me stop joining me, I totally get it.

I still find the beauty of Sky bittersweet. The game is beautiful, and the friendship theme looks nice on paper, but making friends almost always turns out fruitless for me. There was only one friend I met outside of Sky that I played with in the game a lot, and even then I had to leave them this year. I can't get emotionally attached to this game's friendship theming anymore. Or I'll go crazy with loneliness. I hope my next friend who's interested gets into this game...like I did. Been a year since I last came here, I met my veteran again. She changed so much since I last saw her, first thing I saw was that she bought the moth cosmetics and the season pass. And she had become tall with a blank mask, I told her of all the things that happened since she was gone. I told her about my moths and how I cared for them like how she cared for me. I even took her to candle runs for a while before ultimately I had to part with her, she had been playing with her IRL friends and I didn't want to disturb her. Sunshine was a big part of my time in sky, I just wish I was still that little moth she cared for.

God this is so damn beautiful, I know that feeling of missing old friends and making so many beautiful fun memories with them. You want to hold onto them, you wish they were still here by your side. But they eventually leave your side, it hurts yes but we'll always have the good times to remember our old friends by. I have been playing for almost a year already and I don’t see most of my old friends anymore. Beautiful irony in the fact that AURORA actually collabed with thatgamecompany this month. Did you get a chance to see the event? 8094 players watched the event when I watched. Runaway was the 2nd song played. As for Sky, I absolutely love it. It's one of very, very few game communities that isn't toxic at all. The game is so wholesome. I found out how big of a heart I really had today. A large group of more experienced players were going through Eden, and I was one of them. We came across a moth on their first time ever. We decided to take them with us, and I elected to protect them. When we came across the krills, they got knocked off while the rest of the group left them. I decided to stay behind and help them. As we were going up the area there, a krill locked onto them and they couldn't escape. Without even thinking it through, I flew directly in front of them and took the hit instead. This happened 3 times, just so they could get through Eden with all their winged light. I wish I had friend them before my game glitched out just before the start of the ending scene, but I'm just happy I helped them get through it.

That was the 2nd collab with aurora to bring the encore concerts. I was there for several of them, and the one on the one on august 25th too. Soo many players but so much lag. As for the game community, we have toxic people and more is bound to happen as the game gets released to PC, but we generally know how to deal with them, and remind them that this type of behaviour isn't okay.

I knew a fellow moth who did the whole game with me. at the time, i had already finished but was really confused abt how to get my winged lights back from eden. They were really kind and funny, and i always helped them and took them to cool lookout places. I showed them so many places and they always played with me. at some point, they didnt log on again. I kept logging on in hopes they would be on but evantually i quit. I ended up missing them logging on because they sent me a heart. This is me everytime I play Sky TAT I have deleted and reinstalled it 4-6 times, a very good friend of mine used to play it with me. It was always a very fun experience, but as the days go by I start to feel more and more lonely in the game because she doesn't play much. This brings me very good memories. I’ve been playing sky since it’s launch and made many good friends through it, some I even talk to to this day. Though, I had to stop playing due to health complications and no time at all to play, it’s been a year already I haven’t logged on and your video made me miss the game even more :( Your animatic is so good too! I helped more than 100 moths, I used to be up late or play more than my usual time just to help them out. They all forgot about me, but it’s ok at least I helped them with their journey and to not feel lonely or left out. Loved your art tho! I teared up a little ngl

I had a friend, Iza. we met when i was slightly older in the game, we grew up in sky together and adventured everywhere. she was like my little sister. I hope i can see her again some day, she cant play anymore because of strict guardians, she cant even message me on disocrd. I hope she plays again one day even so, when we where together there was nothing we feared.

Oh, it's so close to me. I remember one moth whom I helped to find a spirit in the Hidden Forest and constantly helped him restore the light. I also remember another moth that was helped by the winged light.The closest thing to me was a player who offered me friendship during my first trip to the Eye of Eden. He and I went a long way together, constantly holding hands, and after that we had fun for a long time, before being reborn. Since then, none of them have appeared online. Now I have two close friends, but I'm afraid of losing them too :( Thank you for this wonderful animatic, it brought me many pleasant memories ♥️♥️

MY SKY FRIENDS This reminds me of a friend I had made while playing Sky, her name was Margie, she helped me with Sky (getting spirits, beating realms, ect.) but I had to go so I went, after that she hardly came back on, I am not saying she should play sky all the time but I low-key miss her and would like to play with her again Another friend I made was recently, I named them 'my saviour' cause they saved me from the krill (I think that's the name) in golden wasteland, and when I was doing a cutscene in the vault of knowledge, they up and left me for another person (It might of been another friend or someone they knew irl and I don't mind its just the fact they didn't wait) 3rd friend (and last) I made in Sky was named Yosiha (I think that's the name) I met them with 'my saviour' at the start of the vault of knowledge, and I found them fun to play with, and just like 'my saviour' they left for a bigger group Overall I know its only a game and you cant keep friends forever but I get attached to people easily and it kind of made me sad on about how they just went without saying bye. And I know they have life outside of Sky but making friends on the game is different to any others (since Sky has a different communication than the one commonly used in more famous games, Minecraft, roblox, ect.) and honestly I think Sky has made me happier (ALSO FOR THE 2ND & 3RD PARAGRAPH IF IT SOUNDS LIKE I AM BEING SELFISH TELL ME) Edit : MARGIE CAME BACK YAS
