Not the highest view in London but the most interesting one to be inside. When I visited they took us up in the service lift and we saw the secret parts of the building instead of the glossy elevator

Thanks for watching. The samyang 18mm is really fun, so small and lite it really feels good to use especially on a gimbal (my other lens is 24-105 which is bid and heavy so the difference is always noticeable). 👍👍👍

Superb video. I used to work 30 seconds away from there, so it brought back some happy memories. Very nice! It pays off that you used a gimbal in some moving shots. Also considered the Osmo Pocket but not yet made up my mind. At some stage it just becomes to much gear to carry around 🤣. Great video!

Thanks for watching. The osmo pocket is so small that you won't notice you are carrying it. It really weighs nothing. However it's actually to small and can be tricky to use if you have big hands. Even so i think its worth having.

its 100% free but you have to book a time slot in advance. I would recommending booking asap as it fills up quickly (and even when you book you still have to queue up) Access to the Sky Garden is free of charge on weekdays 10am-6pm and weekends 11am-9pm, see our opening hours here. We ask you to please cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it so we may allow another guest to visit. Tickets are currently available to book up to three weeks in advance. Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket and have a time limit of 1hr from time of entry. from the website Although we recommend booking a free access ticket, especially on weekends when it can get busy, if we have space we accept walk-ins all day! Come along and ask our team and we will do our best to fit your visit to Sky Garden in. Please be aware, if you have a restaurant reservation, you do not need a separate access ticket. There are occasions when Sky Garden will be closed for public access, see these dates here.

This has turned out to be a bit of a joke now. Can't get tickets online, always says nothing available. And can't just show up either. So you can't really plan anything.

I found this on trip advisor, not sure if its true but its worth checking: "Free tickets are released every Monday morning (excluding bank holidays) three weeks in advance for the whole week" so check Monday morning. I suspect it gets booked up very quick especially in the summer. Let me know if it helps and good luck getting tickets. It's never been easy and always feels a bit like a lottery.
