Yeah, the problem with high rise multiple unit condo towers, besides the price, is the association fees. The Association fees are super, super, steep because of the amenities plus it’s a freakin’ big building to maintain and take care of.

No problem! You can self park at sky. Everyone gets at least one assigned parking spot. I do t have a video yet about why not to buy but honestly it may be hard to think of the negatives. I’ll do it at some point but all around good tower. 🤷‍♂️

You've got your facts wrong, buddy. California only gets about 15% of its water from the Colorado River. Most of our water comes from the Sierras, and we do a good job of re-using/reclaiming water.
