I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE watching this man paint. I remembered watching William Alexander long before Bob Ross became the figure he is today. It's not just Bill's technique but it's his enthusiasm, his zest for life. I love listening to the crazy but sweet things he says. The "almighty" whatever is almighty at the time. You are sorely missed.

Hi there, it's new day and a new beginning and I am happy to start the day watching Bill fire his imagination on to the canvas and lo and behold a beautiful piece of art evolves. It is such a joy to watch him paint. Thank you for the upload.

He was a great painter they both were the strange thing is Bill Alexander got quite upset at Bob Ross and as far as I know they stop speaking. Bill Alexander was basically Bob Ross's mentor for the wet on wet technique. Alexander basically stop Bob Ross stole this technique from him and gain Mass popularity. In other words he became very jealous

@@zaczaring722 but Bob told us and also in the past always told everyone that Bill is his mentor.. he even dedicated the second seasons 1st episode to him.. Pardon my English friend... I'm not used to speak English too much

You think God made such a wonderful universe? What if you found out it was as easy as creating this painting? LOL Seriously, I always thought that painting was magic. With a little practice I think I could do this and I've never painted!

@joes41944 жыл бұрын
There is no reason to. Bob learned from Bill Alexander and mentioned so a few times during episodes of his show.
@memelord65104 жыл бұрын
Oh sorry guess I learned different.
@YY4Me1334 жыл бұрын
@Theo the Polar bear Perhaps it's because Bob Ross had no personality of his own. Every technique, every expression, was "borrowed" from William Alexander. Bob Ross was a pale imitation.
