My friend used to play sky strikers (well, he likes the card arts), but he said it's not that good, so he switched to purrely I always believed it was because he was not good enough to pilot Sky Striker ,as i was playing with him for so many rounds that even i learned how to do the basics But u sir, god damn ur good at this

You need to know your opp better than themselves as well as knowing why you did a, b , c thing at that x time 😅. 🥰❤️ Hope your friend comes back to it they are so much fun to play, but yea, I can also understand his point of view 😊.

Loved the vid as always. I learn something new about Strikers every time I watch you so cheers for that. One question I got tho is how do you consistently get an out to Noir without Hamp? I find sometimes my opponents just sit on a towers I cant deal with and they never detach. Is Herald the only true way?

SS is known for gamaciel as their primary kaiju and you could get away with lava golem has well since we play multiple ways to get our SS out. Hamp is a waste and a disgrace of a card tbh. Konami screwed all SS players over with that useless card...

@@andrewhines8234 Thank you so much, I'm glad that it can help learning new things 🥰😊. Regarding Noir outs, currently yeah only Herald can do that job. Usually when you use it and if they make a new one next turn you can sometimes bait the new Noir to active her effect. Hamp is also an option to run but not that good in some other matchups and you dont want to draw it in a middle of games 😅

@@Lawand-D-Nero Facts! I usually just use tactics cards, grab my herald and it's a wrap plus I don't have to worry about them making another one since "They" sent the card to the gave lol. Kaiju are for desperate I'm now gonna have to "kill" them this turn or I get to watch them start the process all over again🤣. Always great watching your content and replying to any gems of wisdom or suggestions you lay out!

Since I've been away for a while, if I may ask, is Herald of the Abyss important for a specific matchup or just a good board breaker in general?

Regarding Herald, it is mainly for Purrely match ups since they have an XYZ monster called Noir, which if it have 5 materials or more it won't be affected by the cards' effect and ppl will sit on It if you don't have an out for it ex (kaiju or something Like Herald). 😊 It is at one since you can easily search it by Thrust 😊 you can also uses it Vs other decks, but it is mainly for Purrely 🥰😊

Love the utility deck archetype… mikanko, striker, infernoble etc but striker seems like it requires far more effort to reach the same end point compared to most decks

It's always good to see Mathmech losing and your Sky Striker games are always good. Now with the Golden Bamboo Sword in the game i made a Striker deck with the Bamboo engine. Without Crimson Chevalier it's not that consistent but it's a good combo, you play more around Hayate to skip your opponents Draw and Main Phase, you also can loop them around. ALso you play Terminal WOrld which skips both players Main Phase 2. So, you can basical skip your opponents Draw Phase, Main Phase 1 and Main Phase 2 if you pull it off. I tried it also with Infernoble but it makes it too inconsistent on the Striker part. But the Bamboo swords are pretty fun to play with Sky Striker but the Golden Bamboo Sword has no right to be UR, that's the biggest downside. Recently i saw Sky Striker players using the Spellbook engine which surprises me, i take a look into that. Because i'm not familar with the Spellbook engine but maybe it's good with Striker. I recently fell in love with Limiter Removel which doubles your machine monsters attack, if you have two in your hand and attack with Hayate, you can use them to deal a lot of damage. But the downside is that it's also a UR card. Anyway good to see you playing Sky Striker, i can't way for the new cards. Engage Zero and Camelia are insane and paired with S:P Little Knight oh boy Sky Striker players are eating good.

@@Lawand-D-Nero Thank you! 🥰 I check his Spellbook deck list out it's a combo that i never thought about it. I used multiple engines over time with Sky Striker to test them and for me the most successful so far was the Therion engine. It worked way better than i thought, if you learn to play around them, i can recommand that. The new support really is insane but the biggest downside to that is that you run out of Extra Deck space with all the new support. There is also a Link -2 Underworld Goddes on it's way. There is no info what this card does right now but if it's good, where to put it in? 😅 2024 could be the new Sky Striker year but with all the support i only have one wish, i hope we either get a H.A.M.P MK2 or a errata that says if you tribute an opponents monster and hes in on your opponent side of the field, as long as if you have in your GY more than 3 spells, his ATK and DEF is half of it's orignal ATK and DEF. If you have Raye and Roze in your GY, you can tribute 2 monsters for him. That would be my only wish to improve the deck a little further. Keep up the good work you are doing great!
